We are proud to announce our participation at The Roux Institute Techstars Accelerator program. This milestone means that Eskuad is officially landing in the United States after a five month selection process.

Our team, led by Max Echeverría (Founder & CEO), Donald Inostroza (CTO) and Andres Fuenzalida (CMO) will attend the program in Portland, Maine. Eskuad is the only non-US based company selected for the program. This cohort includes companies in areas of healthcare, technology, SaaS and artificial intelligence.

Since inception, Eskuad has been bootstrapping all of its development inhouse while learning from the experiences of each person who uses the solution. We have been doing our own research, utilizing the resources we have available to us, and operating solely on the contributions of the founding team. Now that we are backed by a global organization like Techstars, we are better positioned to enter the competitive American market.

Techstar — one of the top world class accelerators -, has given us a major opportunity to spread our wings and provide a solution to a problem that spans way beyond our native land of Chile and being part of a 3 month program with access to the best mentors like Lars Perkins, founder of Picasa & former Google Executive and Rich Miner, co-founder of Android, gives us the great opportunity to learn and optimize from some of the best entrepreneurs and business minds in the world.

Max Echeverría, CEO & Founder. Donald Inostroza, CTO.

The Roux Institute Techstars Accelerator ecosystem is a result of a partnership between Techstars and the Roux Institute at Northwestern University. They are working with startups focused on building expertise at the intersection of humans and machines. This is all in an effort to revolutionize the way we live and work through AI, life sciences and health, and data and analytics.

The program started on September 13th, with the founders of the 10 companies who moved to Portland with just one goal: to grow their businesses and talent pipelines by accessing the networks and expertise of the Roux Institute and Techstars.
